I began Bodybuilding at 23 years of age and over a vacation acquaintance to I made the decision, to participate in bodybuilding competitions. I began to prepare myself for my very first competition, the IFBB Schleswig Holstein Championships, at a body weight of 54 kg. After 5 years of regular and hard training I immediately won the Heavyweight devision and the Overall. What a great success! Since then I was hooked! And competed continously.

Since January 2003 I have my pro card and made a very successful pro debut at the 2003 Jan Tana this August. Out of 8 women in the heavy-weight class I have placed 4th. Therefore I go into the next competitive season 2004 with full motivation. Please wish me luck!
