| Born in Essex, England, Davina has been competing in sports since the age of 11, excelling in middle distance running, swimming, race walking, football, netball, hockey, squash and tennis as an accomplished all-round sports woman.
After suffering a serious knee injury which required surgery at the age of 31, she took up weight training as part of her rehabilitation and was immediately hooked.
Davina quickly noticed major changes to her physique and continued to step up her work in the gym, also enjoying a huge increase in energy levels as a result of her clean diet.
After only five months of serious training, she entered her first competition in November 2013, winning the figure title at the More Muscle Expo in Bournemouth.
In April 2014, she took first place in the Muscle Model class at the Miami Pro Championships, also finishing second in both the fitness model and figure classes.
Davina went on to finish third in the figure category and fourth in fitness at the WBFF Danish Championships a month later.
In September last year, she finished second in bodyfitness at the UKBFF West Midlands, qualifying for the British Championships.
Based in North London, Davina runs her own floristry business and is a personal trainer. She has a passion for health, fitness and nutrition. When she finds time, she enjoys relaxing with a good coffee and walking on the beach near her parental home in Dorset.
