Bridgette Dianna Moody was born and raised in Denver Colorado. She is the second to the youngest of five sisters and four brothers, she is 39 years old. Bridgette graduated from East High School, attended the community college of Aurora (CCA) John Casablanca’s modeling school, and Johnson Appraisal School. Bridgette has often been referred to as very strong, loving, fun, and loyal. She has a passion for discovering what makes people happy. She does whatever it takes to go that extra mile for anyone no matter who they are or what they believe in. Bridgette is a single mother of two beautiful Children, 8 year old son, and 12 year old daughter. Bridgette’s goal is to become a professional figure competitor, a goal not easily attainable due to the aftermath of striations on her stomach resulting from the delivery of her 9 ½ lbs son. Despite that obstacle, Bridgette is still a go-getter and she has not let that stop her from pursuing her goal. When Bridgette is not competing, she spends most of her time with her children. Bridgette would like to thank each and every one of her family, friends, and fans for their support.

Bridgette is certified through International Fitness Association (IFA) as an Aerobics instructor & Personal trainer that includes Step, Kickboxing, Group exercise, and Nutritional Specialist. Bridgette is also CPR certified through Universal Precautions in accordance with the Department of Social Services. She is currently working on her (ACE) certification.

Bridgette has a passion for helping others achieve their weight loss ambitions. Her clientele range from ages 18-80 with beginning to advanced fitness programs. Bridgette also has developed programs for adolescences. She has trained several clients in their homes, gyms, recreational facilities, and outdoor parks. She has experience working with individuals that have hip, knee, shoulder and other joint injuries, and disabilities that also include pregnant clients. She has joined the (CBHC) May 2010, Fit Bodies Travel, and Bridgette’s is also been a member of the National Physique committee (NPC) since 2003-2006, and 2009 – Present.

Bridgette is not your average personal trainer; she is an amateur figure competitor in the body building industry. Since Bridgette’s first competition in 2003 she has made top 5 in her height class with the exception of two shows. She has experience in professional presentations, guest speaking, and motivational seminars in health and fitness.
