Art and creativity is part of my nature. Since young age I have been into dance and have always had a passion for the finer things in life. I love going to the spa, to read, do meditation, yoga, going to a nice restaurant with some nice lounge music, enjoy a nice bottle of fine wine or champagne, hmmmm I just love to live life to its fullest...
Now, about my evolution in the sport:
My love for beautiful shapes, whether in movement as in modern dance or in an eternal moment as in photography, have moved me to go to the gym and experiment what I could do with my physique in an artistic way.
So, at the age of 15 I had my first gym workout, but I didnt take it further at such a young age: living in such a small Madeira Island, it was just not what a girl should do and it was a non popular sport then. Only in 2007, after have moved to live in Holland, I decided to take a different approach and take it more seriously. So I put it into my head - I want to do a competition!!!
That was the turning point, from there I started from figure, passed into fitness and the last couple of years moved into BB.
Of course, I have always been gifted genetically and I have always been extremely strong, which has helped me getting the awsome powerful body that I have now.
