My name is Nicole Pfuetzenreuter, I am IFBB professional.
Bodybuilding is something very special for me, its not a sport, its a living art form.
I started working out very late, i was already 27 years old when bodybuilding found me.

My whole life changed with it and I would never go back anymore to my "old" life where I was a nurse in hospital.
Now my profession is what I live, breath and love 24 hours a day: Bodybuilding.
Also I am a sexual therapist. Sex is something very important for a healthy and happy life and it is also good for your shape and for your mind.

In order to love somebody, you first have to love yourself, -this credo seems to be forgotten this days but i believe that in maybe ten years from now, mankind has reached a state of awareness that even the last human being on this planet will got recognize the advantages and benefits of regular weight training program and proper nutrition. To pump up your muscles will not just makes you feel better, it will also intensify your sexuality to the highest level..."

I am also very strong so i did a lot of power lifting contests in the past, but I decided for bodybuilding only, it gives me much more. it is not the weight that you lift that is important - it is what you will make out of your muscles with heavy weights that counts.

Right now I am in contest prep for the Tampa Pro show on the 9th of august and I really look forward to that.
