• I was born in Colombia, spending the first 19 years of my life living in Bogota was wonderful. As I was growing up I know I wanted something better for me and my mother….And my chance to aspire to something better did arrive, after I finished high school. I had the opportunity to enter the U.S. through Mexico. That was my only chance to experience the distant world I had seen occasionally on TV as a little girl. The seven-day ordeal was exactly as I expected and as is seen on TV! But I didn't care because this was the start of a new life - one that would lead me to a successful career as Personal Trainer, Sales Representative for one of the Top Sports Nutrition Companies MHP along with U.S. citizenship. I eventually moved to NJ got married to a wonderful man and had a baby and was initiated into the world of fitness.

• I started training a little over seven years ago, my husband brought me to the gym one day, and once I picked up a weight I just couldn’t seem to put it back down.
 

• Now I workout 6 days a week at Gold's Gym Totowa, NJ I have mapped out a heavy-lifting training program that helps me keep my fitness level on track.
 

• I see myself as a walking and talking testament to proper health, exercise and supplement use….I was very excited when I won my WNBF pro card at my first show with the INBF Natural North East American Figure contest in April of 2005.
 

• Working for MHP helps me to stay motivated and in great shape at all times. MHP supplements are definitely a very important part of my diet and supplementation - I would not be able to keep my body at its peak with out Glutamine SR, TRAC, Probolic SR protein and Xpel.
 

• To me drug-free promotes an event playing field where competition requires tremendous effort and dedication to be successful, There are no special effects benefits in the drug-free arena!
 

• I enjoy every moment of my life - yesterday, today and forever, especially when I check on my son at night when he lies sleeping so peacefully in a room lined with bright colored toys, I see the results of my decision and burning desire to do more with my life…I am so proud I cam to America and have become a U.S. citizen.
