Welcome to Jeff Maurer's Photography Page.

I've been an amateur photographer for many years - concentrating almost exclusively on nature photography. I've also been a fan of the female physique athlete for many, many years - going back at least as far as when I stumbled on a TV broadcast of Rachael McLish winning the Ms. Olympia. It has only been in the last few years, however, that I started attending some bodybuilding shows. So I'm relatively new at physique photography. And most of my physique photo experience has been from the audience. But what little opportunity I have had to do more personal, close-up physique photography has been both fun and rewarding. So I would love to do more. I'm based in central virginia and would be thrilled to arrange photoshoots with any interested athletes. I also attend some shows and would be happy to arrange shoots while attending those shows (I'll be at the Charlotte Show on september 30th, for example).
