| I grew up in a small town and farming community in Canada. As a young school- girl, I was involved in track and field and volleyball. I started weight training when I was 20 years old, and eventually accumulated enough of the right information about training and diet to make the right changes in my body over the years. My husband and I owned a fitness center in British Columbia for 9 years, giving us the opportunity to help others reach their fitness goals as well. I competed in and won the overall title at the 2002 Emerald Cup Figure
Championships. Later that year, I was afforded my IFBB pro card and have been invited to compete in the 2003 figure International held during the Arnold Classic weekend in Columbus Ohio in February 2003. 2003 Competitions: Figure International 6th place Team Universe 5th place Jan Tana 6th place I have an endorsement contract with PVL Nutrients (for the past 3 years and now signed for an additional 3 years). I make appearances on their behalf all over Canada and the US at trade shows, conventions, and special events. I have been a model for a number of years including a number of clothing catalogues, a billboard advertising campaign, various print advertisements. I have also guest hosted a local fitness television show, and have spoken many times for groups from high school kids to adults on a variety of topics related to fitness, nutrition, drug abuse, and training.
