I was born in 1977 in Duesseldorf, Germany.

In my childhood I was always active and successful in track and field (100m sprint). Also later I never forgot my sports. When I met my boy friend Matthias he introduced me to fitness and bodybuilding which sport I liked beginning from the first moment.
Since then my boy friend Matthias (a former martial artist and very active fitness athlete) is my personal trainer-the best I can imagine.

I am built with very good genetics (thanks Dad!) to grow up muscles and was muscular all my life. In May 2006 I will do my first competition in Germany and I'm very excited cause of this.

I do always also a lot of cardio. Last week I began my dieting for the competition.

My aim is to keep healthy and I would be happy if one day I could also become successful in modeling for fitness and sports wear/nutrition an for exhibition - presentations like on the Arnolds Expo or the FIBO in Essen.
