Please describe a typical day in the life of Kasie Cavanaugh.
Ouch, no such thing as typical… up in the early AM, to the computer to check the stock market, see where things are going, then to the email by the bunches, then off to work at the post office, done there then to the gym to train myself and one or two clients per night, then back home to eat, shower and sleep and do it again. Weekends, work on the Kasie’s Connection website and video production. That’s just the major basic stuff.
Please tell me something about your daily training routine.
5 day a week weight training and 3 days of cardio in the off season. As for contest time 7days a week. Also enjoy bike riding and tennis when I can squeeze it in.
How often do you train in a week?
5 days off season
7 days contest time
What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off-season?
More cardio, higher reps, diet changes a bit, posing, tanning, all the good stuff

Biceps 16 ˝”
Calves.. 16 ˝”

Judging in Women’s Bodybuilding has always been criticised in one or the other way. Please tell me your honest thoughts about today’s judging in Women’s Bodybuilding.
Very subjective, always has and always will be. Too bad, sometime works in your favorite and sometimes not.

I am interested in investments, (stocks, bonds, options) real estate, travel, tennis, biking, gymnastics
What are your future plans for 2004/2005?
2004, pretty much over. 2005 goals, finish building my office so I have some where convenient to work out of., Competitions for bodybuilding. Travel. Africa is in my plans for a vacation this year. And hopefully much more!!!
